This new construction home offered a beautiful blank canvas—but like many new builds, it lacked the warmth and character the family was craving. Our goal was to take the beautiful builder-finished foundation and infuse it with layered, timeless elements that made the home feel truly custom. With a soft, monotone color palette and an eye for subtle yet impactful upgrades, we added personality and depth to each space while maintaining a cohesive flow throughout.

We added a custom mantel and built-ins to the fireplace in the living room, introduced statement lighting in the foyer, kitchen, and casual dining area, and styled the dining room with tailored furnishings and soft window treatments. Additional touches included built-ins in the pantry and playroom, custom window treatments, and a powder room with a one-of-a-kind vanity and wallpaper. The office was fully outfitted with built-ins, curated furniture, and layered textures that made it both functional and beautiful.
